Alpine provides ski trip booking and related services including:

  • Ski resort accommodations and packages
  • Equipment rental and sales
  • Ski lessons and guided experiences
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Travel insurance options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking details.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change without notice until booking is confirmed

Deposits and Final Payments

Some packages may require a deposit with final payment due before travel. Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Cancellation by Alpine

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure you have valid travel documents and insurance
  • Arrive at designated meeting points on time
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions from guides
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
  • Respect local laws, customs, and environmental regulations

Age and Skill Requirements

Some activities have minimum age or skill level requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before booking.

6. Liability and Risk

Assumption of Risk

Skiing and winter sports involve inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and assume these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from skiing, snowboarding, or other winter activities
  • Weather-related risks and changing mountain conditions
  • Equipment failure or malfunction
  • Actions of other participants or third parties

Limitation of Liability

Alpine's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and activity insurance.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alpine and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
